Return & Replacement Policy
At Niteguard, customer satisfaction matters to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Replacement Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
We only provide replacement in the following cases:
- Wrong product received
- Product received damaged
- Product not working / dead on arrival
- Missing items or accessories
2. Claim Time Limit
All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
To raise a claim, email us at: niteguardofficial@gmail.com with:
- Order number
- Issue description
- Unboxing video
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
3. Unboxing Video (Mandatory)
A clear continuous unboxing video is required for all claims.
The video must:
- Start before opening the parcel
- Show sealed package & shipping label
- Show full unboxing (no cuts)
- Clearly show product & issue
- Include testing (for non-working items)
4. No Claim Without Proof
Claims without proper proof may be rejected.
Invalid proofs include:
- Edited or cut videos
- Paused recordings
- Videos starting after opening
5. Verification & Replacement
Once verified:
- A replacement will be provided
- You may be asked to return the product
The item must be returned with:
- Original packaging
- Accessories & tags
Claims may be rejected if damage is due to misuse or missing parts.
6. Non-Eligible Cases
We do not cover:
- Change of mind
- Wrong order placed
- Product dislike
- Minor color differences
- Misuse or physical damage
- Late claims
- No unboxing proof
- Used products (unless defective on arrival)
7. If Replacement Not Available
If the product is out of stock, we may offer:
- Similar product
- Store credit
- Refund (if applicable)
8. Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not provided.
They are only issued if:
- Replacement is not possible, or
- Required by law
